Trouble Paying for Premium

Trouble Paying for Premium

Im trying to pay for the premium account.  It keep giving me the attached message.  So frustrating not being able to talk to live person.  I just want the premium account.

 

Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day.   

 

I just used the card so I know it works

 

Any fixes to this problem

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have been having the same problem since February. I had been a subscriber for over a year and had the family plan. I have tried different cards and like Chip know my cards are fine. I have sent countless emails and responses to spotify customer service. The customer experience with spotify leaves much to be desired. Love the service hate the fact there is no one who can help fix the problem which is on their end
