Trouble Signing Up

I want to sign up for Premium however, it is not working, Here is what is happening: I am entering in the zip code so it can calculate sales tax and it does nothing. I know my zip code and I know it is correct. What can I do so I can sign up. I am using a computer to sign up and I will be listening via my i-pad. Please help!

Thanks for posting here in the community ^.^

I've just quickly checked your account and your subscription was in fact changed as of today 🙂 

This will change over from your 7 day trial to the Premium subscription on the 14th of November so there's no need to worry!

If your subscription does however fail to continue after the 14th, please contact the customer support team.
