Trouble Signing up from Premium

Trouble Signing up from Premium

I had spotify premium and I paid for the full subscription but I am a college student and wanted to take advantage of the offer. When I attempted to fill out "Tell us about yourself" section I was unable to type in the boxes. I refreshed the page and was prompted to put my credit card information again so I did but I still couldn't type in my information in the next page. I stopped after a third try and checked my account. I had been charged for all the times I put in my information and still cannot continue on to finish signing up for the subscription.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

 

Are you from the US? If so, can you try manually verifying yourself as a student here: https://spotify.sheerid.com?
