Trouble adding Spotify family members

I want to add an additional person to my family account.  I followed the directions and cancelled my subscription so that I could re-subscribe as myself +2 (instead of myself +1, which was what my old account was).  I then resigned up for Spotify, and it would still only let me add one additional family member.


What am I doing wrong?  And is it strange for me to think that Spotify should have some customer service reps on staff to help people deal with issues like this?  Seriously, I want to give them MORE MONEY and they are making it very difficult.

Never mind.  I just tried to do this again and it worked.  Perhaps I only had to wait a few hours?  Unclear why that time lag would make a difference, but it did.
