Trouble connecting account via Facebook

My spotify account is linked to my Facebook, which uses an old email that I just updated since I no longer use the other one. I am currently waiting for my spotify account to update with the new password. I now am having trouble connecting my spotofy account to other things (my Alexa, for example). When I try to login with my Facebook info, it says I do not have a spotify account connected to my facebook, but  I do. Will having changed my facebook email help solve this problem?? Or is there something else I should try.

Hi @mlpolak Spotify doesnt always have the facebook login for all devices it seems. I have delt with questions just live yours and am going to give you the same answer. I would try using a different device. I would also contact customer service so they can help you with this problem indepth and fully get it fixed. The link to the form is down below.
