Trouble connecting with facebook

Okay, so I had originally opened this account and merged it with my Facebook account, but I had to delete that account after an ex started stalking it so now I have a new account but it won't let me change the Facebook account it is merged with, how can i do that?

Since your previous account was linked to your Facebook profile, you won't be able to link it to your new one without disconnecting your old account first.
