Trouble logging in while in offline mode on Android phone

My Question or Issue

I was forced to reboot my phone while Spotify was in offline mode. After the phone rebooted, Spotify required me to log back in. Unfortunately due to it being in offline mode, I now can't login and will be forced to reinstall Spotify and download all my songs again. This is something that I have had to do previously and is a major pain in the **bleep**. To resolve this issue, you have to perform a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

I'd also recommend adding your +VOTE on this ongoing issue, to let Spotify know that you're experiencing this issue.
