Trouble logging in..

I can't login to Spotify and the only way to access customer support is to login??
I changed my phone recently and downloaded my Spotify app in my phone and can't login anymore.
Tried linking to Facebook which already accepts the link and get a Error 404.
Tried changing my password and doesn't work..
Not sure what I should do..
