Have tried logging onto my account with w details correct but still staying can't log in so tried changing password and it's still not letting me log in! Help please! I'm paying for a service I can't access!

Hi MattSuda, the link you sent is totally useless. I have the same problem as alexstemple. Paying for premium account but can't login and do not get any answer when I fill in the contact form. Really terrible customer service!
