Trouble paying for a subscription

Spotify wont let me pay for my subscription, it worked fine the first month, however a couple of days ago I got a message on spotify telling me they never got any money. The subscription ended and when I try to subscribe to premium again, it fail to work. I try to pay using visa card, I checked that they have enough money on them and even tried making a new spotify account. What's wrong and how can I fix it? I really want unlimited music in my smartphone.
