Trouble trying to listen music on free version

I used to have premium account but changed to free last month. Since them I am not able to listen anything anymore, offline and even online. It only plays when I put aleatory mode, otherwise it doesn't work. I think there is a problem on my account as I once had free service and could listen without any problems when I had internet. Could someone help me? Is this a configuration thing?

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
