Trouble with Available Devices

When I open Spotify in same time on my device and my OS and same account, Doesn't show my devices. I hope you help me.

I have a couple suggestions for you:

  1. Have you checked if you're online on both devices? Sometimes you might be in offline mode and so it won't detect any other devices. 
  2. Try logging out and then back in on both devices. Make sure that you're logging on the same account.

I've tried your solution suggestions but I couldn't solve the problem with your solutions. Thank you ^^

Try playing music from both devices at the same time. If you log into Spotify web player while they are playing do either of them show? If so whichever doesn't show is the problem device.

If the problem is on your Windows 10 device, try running Spotify with "Run as Administrator".
I was having this isolation problem with my Windows 10 PC for a few weeks until I tried this and now it syncs and shows all my other devices.
