Trouble with Student Discount

I am a student at Savannah State University so I tried to sign up for the student discount. When I put in my card and school information the site said they could not confirm that I was a student, I was still charged the $4.99 but I still do not have premium. This is the second time this has happened. And please do not tell me it may have been a fake site because I know it was not. I went to Spotify premium student discount on my laptop from my account just like I did when I had the standard $9.99 premium. Please respond as soon as possible because I really love Spotify and I would hate to feel like I am being cheated.
