Troubles with signing in with Premium Family

Hi everyone,

I already have a Premium account but now I want to get the Premium Family so I can share with my family. I have sent an email to the persons I want to join me. But eveytime when they accept the invitation there is a notification that they can't join the account because they already have an account or they already joint but that isn't so. How can I fix this, what do I need to do or where do I need to be for help?

Can you please make sure that they're all logged into their own accounts when trying to accept the invitation?
