Trying to Cancel Subscription but getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error

Trying to Cancel Subscription but getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error

Description

I am trying to cancel my subscription to spotify, but I keep getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error when trying to go to the subscription tab. My subscription ends today, and I would not like to be charged unfairly, since I have read elsewhere online that this kind of error is usually not a local error.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. First I did this - I logged in and clicked on the "subscription" button

2. Then I did that - I tried refreshing

3. I also did this - logging in on another browser

4. then this - logging in on another computer

5. then this

6. and finally, this

I have the same, on PC, Android and ipad. I'll try later again.

Hey OP do you pay via paypal?

if so:

1.) login to paypal

2.) hover over "Profle"

3.) click "My Money"

4.) click "Update" for My pre-approved payments

5.) click "Spotify Finance Ltd"

6.) next to "status Active" click Cancel

That's it. Paypal will refuse to let spotify take the money.

I don't have that option (My Money) in paypal.

The spotify page seems to be working again.
