Trying to Change my Email

Hi, 

 

I no longer have access to the email on my account. I wanted to change it but when I go to the Edit Profile page, it gives me an error saying that my country isn't selected (even though I can see it greyed out and unclickable). I'm currently in another country, but I don't understand why that would be a problem. My payment details are from my home country.

 

I tried the changing country help sections but that didn't do anything. I also tried the contact form but it says it'll send an answer to the email that I don't have access to, so that's very useless. 

 

Any advice, please?

You can try to log out of the Spotify website and contact the Customer Support again through this page.
