Trying to add family member...

Hello all! Signed up yesterday for the family premium plan.  The problem is, Im clicking "add family member" but nothing pops up to let me put in an address to invite them... Can you help please?

I'm having the same problem.  Trying to add family members and I hit GO and it takes me to a screen with a big blank white box.  I have logged out and back in. Frustrated.
