Trying to buy Premium

I use facebook to log into spotify and I want to go mobile and use my phone aswell.
Everytime I type in my information I get the error.

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."
Nothing on my card is blocked, it has money on it. I looked into it and everything is fine.

I tried googling this and it seems to be a problem some people get. I double checked and there is nothing wrong with my card so I don't know why it's not working or the site says my card service is the problem.

That is odd. Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies memory in your browser or opening an incognito window in your browser and trying to upgrade again? If that doesn't work, you could try another browser.

Earlier I tried IE that didn't work. I just cleared my cache and tried incognito that didn't work ether.

Have you tried using another payment method? For example, instead of entering your cc details directly, use Paypal...
