Trying to cancel Premium to change payment plan

Dear Spotify

I was trying to cancel my paypal paid subscription so i can move my premium subscription and pay it via a deal i got from my telecom provider (síminn in Iceland). But for some very distorted reason (im very furious now, trying not use profanity) I cannot unsubscribe the current payment plan (oops, we seem to have some problems... it says). I've tried to do this now for couple of days via various browsers and etc. but always with the same conclusion.

Well, up until now I was a happy subscriber, willing to subscribe some more, but now I will delete my account and find some other company to provide services for my music listening needs.

Thank you very much for being so incredibly difficult about something that is so simple.
