Trying to cancel

Spotify says that I'm subscribed as premium and will be charged again, but that I have to cancel through Apple ID.

Apple ID says that my spotify subscription expired three months ago.

I cannot find any other way to cancel my subscription.

As my partner re-subscribed I'm not sure how he did this, but it was not through Apple.
