Trying to change USA->Canada; It has accepted Canada payment terms but still shows country as USA.

I try to complete the process to change to Canada bases subscription, it takes payment (Canada Paypal) but still shows my status as USA. My subscription will roll over November 18 - maybe I just have to wait?

Here is the message I get when trying to put in a different payment method:

Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further.

Could you please click the "Customer service team" link? Just fill out the box and ask for your country to be changed from USA to Canada and they should be able to help you as soon as possible ^.^

To speed up the process, type the following in your message to the team:

- Date of birth

- Zip/Post code (If entered on signup)

Can't remember what details you entered when you signed up? You can view them in your account page.

If you get an automated response, please reply to that response with "Help me!"
