Trying to claim artist profile NO Reaction AT ALL

I have claimed my artist profile at least a dozen times but I get NO reaction AT ALL. No message, no email, no decline, no approval, nothing.

I also tried to submit through contact form. Guess what, the form doesn't work

only error message every single time. This really sucks big time. What am I supposed to do
