Trying to get STUDENT DISCOUNT, but getting charged regular price. Help!

So I am a student in college and I was trying to sign up for the Student Discount version where it's only 4.99 a month vs 9.99 and it ran through my account as the regular price and I can't figure out how to get my money back and prove that I'm a student so that I can sign up under that subscription. I tried changing the type of subscription under my account and it said I needed to contact customer services to do so. And I can't find the number to call or whatever. I just keep getting put to the link that answers general questions that doesn't cover my more complicated situation.

Can anyone give me a number I can call?
