Trying to swtich my CAD account to USD

Trying to swtich my CAD account to USD

I originally had my account on CAD and had my credit card paying in CAD. I recently moved to the US and I've been trying to swtich my account over to USD esp to add my husband on the family premium account but every time I update my payment method and credit card it doesn't save the info, even though I have already gotten a confirmation. This is super confusing because in my accounts the option to change countries is greyed out and it is stuck to CA. I've done this over and over again hoping it would save but every time i go back to subscriptions it goes back to the CAD. can someone look into this for me?

The new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.
