Turkish Student Discount

Hello there,

Today i applied for a student discount. I sent some of those necessary documents which you asked from us. During this checking process, How should i use my Spotify premium? Or i can't use it?

Please let me know about it. By the way, i controlled my bank account and it has been charged by your fee already. Explain that issue please. I couldn't use my premium account but i already charged by it.

If you already sent the documents for the student discount verification, don't worry. Keep in mind that the verification process is handled by SheerID and they can take several days to check your application.

In this case, you'll only need to wait for the message with the discount approval. Once you have it, you'll be able to complete the discount activation and the Premium service will be active in your account.

If the process is not completed in a few weeks, the transaction will expire and the funds will go back to your card if they were held by your bank as a pending transaction.
