Tv with roku not showing up in device menu

I have a Spotify premium account and the app is downloaded on my phone and I have the Spotify channel on my roku and a few months ago it was working just fine with my account on the tv and now it says my account is logged in but is in use somewhere else and does not allow me to look at my playlists or any functions. I have checked and it isn't being used anywhere, not even on my phone at the time. My Spotify app on my phone works great-no issues.
