Two Account on one Emailadress / double subscription.

Hi,

my problem is that i have two spotify  accounts on my emaildress. I dont know why. Today, i subscribed to spotify family and know i have to pay for premium on my 1. account and family on the 2nd account.

Is it possible to unite both account to one? How can i contact the support team?

Sorry for my bad english, i'm from Germany.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
