Two Accounts on one email - Unable to login with second username - illegal character

Hi,

I created two accounts by accident, one has username briansosullivan and the other has username Brian O'Sullivan

Im unable to login to the Brian O'Sullivan as it has a ' in the name. Not sure why it allowed me to use '. The ' account has is a premium account

Can the Brian O'Sullivan account username be changed?

Hey @briansosullivan

It sounds like you created the Brian O'Sullivan Spotify account using your Facecbook account. Spotify accounts that use a username/email and password to login can't have any spaces in the username.

If you signed up to Spotify with your Facebook account, then your display name is the name you have on Facebook.

Try clicking on the "Sign in with Facebook" button to see if you can login to your premium account.
