Two Accounts

Hi, my name is Jasmine.

I am starting to get extremely annoyed as I have some how created two profiles with spotify. 

One with the user name Jizzybum that has the premium package and that I use regularly and this one that is connected to my facebook and is only on the free subscrition. I would like to get rid of this account. HOW DO I DO THIS? I am so extremely frustrated.
