Two Apple ID-Linked Accounts, Can't Access Premium One

The account I'm writing this from is one of my old free accounts. I got logged out of my premium account today during the nationwide glitch. Tried to log back in using my email address and it brought me to this old free account. I logged out and then tried to log in using my Apple ID (what I use for my premium account, same email address but Apple hides the actual email address for me) and it prompted me to make an account. So I did. I assumed it would give me the option to link to my premium account. It didn't. Now I have two free accounts and one premium account, all tied to a single email address (two are connected to my Apple ID, of these one is premium and one is free, but I can only access the free one with none of my playlists/content). It's a problem I can't figure out. I only want access to my premium account. The rest can be deleted. Can somebody please help me to gain access to my premium Apple ID-connected Spotify account?
