Two First-Time Bookings

3 months ago me and my girlfriend tried Spotify Premium, since there was an offer for 0,99€ for 3 Month. For both subscriptions we used the same Bank Account. 

My girlfriend ended her subscription while I still want to use Spotify Premium. Now the 3 months are over, but there are 2 first-time bookings from Spotify of 9,99€, as if the cancellation of her account was not received or something, although she is already using Spotify Free again. Can I get my 9,99€ back, or at least get my subscription extended by a month?
