Two Spotify Accounts

Dear Spotify Team

I kinda have two Spotify accounts, one is connected with my Facebook profile, and I can only log into it, when I click on the Log in via Facebook button. It has no username. The other one is not connected with Facebook and has the username todang. The confusing thing is, that both are connected with the same email address. I'd like to get rid of the one with the username todang. What do I have to do?

I would recommend you to keep the account with an actual Spotify username. To rely on facebook to login often gives trouble, and having an actual username is useful. If you unlink facebook from your first account, you'll be able to link it to the second one, so you won't lose any fb functionality.

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately this does not work. When I unlink my fb account and then try to link it to the account with the username, it says that there's a temporary error, try again later. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong....

Edit: I forgot to mention that the account with the username todang offers me a free 30 day premium trial, but I can't use it because everytime I type in my paypal details, it just jumps back to the "get a free 30 day trial now" page.

Keep your fb unlinked and wait a few days, then try again. I remember the same thing happened to me.

Have you ever used any promo? Maybe that's why it doesn't let you activate the free 30 days.

Okay thank you, I will try that.

I did use some promo on the fb account before, Spotify just didn't really show me another option besides the free 30 days. I got the discount for students now, so the problem is solved.
