Two Spotify Premium + two kids into Spotify Family...?

Solved!

Two Spotify Premium + two kids into Spotify Family...?

Dear Spotify!

My husband and I try right now to convert our two different Spotify Premium subscriptions into one Spotify Family with 4 subscribers (mum, dad and two kids). My husband did this change from his account. So he's safe. Also the kids are safe, they are free subscribers from before.
However; what shall I do, as already a Premium subscriber, but now to be converted to a family member? I don't want to lose my playlists and other settings - and also, I don't want to be charged double. Any good advice?

Regards,

Hilde

You won't lose your playlists so don't worry.

I found this in the family help guide:

I'm trying to add a subaccount to my Family plan but they already have Premium. What can I do?

You will need to ensure any subaccounts you wish to add do not have an active Premium subscription. Ensure the Premium subscription has been cancelled and expired. Once the account has reverted to our Free level service, it can be invited to your Family plan.

Thx, MattSuda - Then I let my subscription run out to be free, and then after, concert to the Family version 🙂

You're welcome!
