Two accounts/Lost playlists/Password recovery awful!

I have two accounts. One using one email address (W/100+ playlists), plus another I signed up with using Facebook (using another email address). I subscribed to premium using one (the one w/extensive playlists), yet when I signed in, it made the seldom used account premium (w/NO PLAYLISTS).

Not only is the above premium issue ongoing, I somehow can't login into my account with ALL my years of saved music on! In addition to this, whilst I used to have some dithery, vague way of switching between, now I can only get into the ONE WITH NOTHING SAVED!

I apologise this is vague. What annoys me most is the fact Spotify seem to be IMPOSSIBLE to contact. If anyone can help, please, I'm desperate!
