Two accounts

Hi there,

I signed up for 3 months of Spotify Premium for £9.99 at the start of the year. I then upgraded my mobile phone package with Vodafone at the end of January and they offered me Spotify Premium for free as part of my package.

I can't activate the 'new package' because I already have the original 3 month package. I'm also aware that I'm paying for the old package despite having free access to Spotify Premium as part of my phone contract.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

Hey @HKjen,

In order to link your Spotify account to Vodafone, you need to let your account go back to Free, by cancelling your current subscription, delete your payment info, and wait for your renewal date to come.

Once it comes, you account will no longer be Premium, and you'll be able to link it to your Vodafone subscription.
