I seem to have two accounts, not on purpose, one of which is premium, which is automatic on some devices [I-Pod], and one of which is free [which I don't want] which is the default on another device.  How can I get rid of the free account and get the premium account to show up on the other device [an I-Mac]. Thanks.

Offre a 99 euros par an, en meme temps que celle a 9,99 par mois

Bonjour

J ai voulu beneficier de l'offre a 99 euros  par an, alors que j avais un abonnement a 9,99 euros par an. La somme de 99 euros a ete prelevee sur mon compte bancaire. Cependant, lorsque je consulte mon compte Spotify, il apparait que les 9 euros et 99 centimes seront preleves le 10 janvier 2018. A ce jour (le 11/01) cette operation n apparait pas sur le compte bancaire et j espere qu il en restera ainsi.

Pouvez vous m en dire plus et m assurer que les 9,99 euros par mois ne seront plus retires pendant un an.
