Two accounts?

Hello, after many years of living off of the free account and using Spotify only rarely, I signed up for the free trial of Premium about a month ago and loved it.  This morning I could not remember my password or remember if I had signed up with Facebook or not.  So, one thing led to another and I signed up for paid Preimium account. I figured my free trial was over.  But any customization that I used to have is gone. I know that I had a couple of saved playlists before and some liked artists. I think I might have two accounts. How do I find this out?  Is there a helpline for Spotify that can look at my account?
