Two charges for no reason.

Two charges for no reason.

My spotify premium expired last month and I have not renewed it. However, I was still charged $4.99 twice by spotify for no reason at all.

Is there a reason for these charges?

I'm in a situation somewhat similar to yours. I paid for a month of spotify (and cancelled it) due to expire on the 8th of august, and on my account it is still listed as expiring on the 8th, however when looking through my transaction history there is a charge from spotify on the 24th of July. I know i did not pay for this and the charge from the 8th of july is listed as well. 

 

I have read the faq and this is not the case listed there of being 'charged twice'. The charges came weeks after each other, not in immediate succesion, and my account is still due to expire after a single month after the initial payment. What's the meaning of this?

Contact the payments team through the online contact form and they will be able to fix any past and future charges. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with a representative that is more than happy to assist you!
