Two disconnected premium accounts but only one playing at a time

We have subscribed to two separate premium accounts (dirk.thum@web.de and thum.martina@web.de) to be able to play music simultaneously on two different devices. Nevertheless music played using one account stops playing as soon as the oter account is also being used to play music. This is annoying as we're paying EUR 20 on a monthly base.

 

Please help quickly!

Try this:

 

Log out of both of the devices and the relogin making sure that each device is using a different account. 

 

It sounds like both devices are signed into one account. Each account is limited to one stream at a time.
