Two family plans.

Two family plans.

My wife and I inadvertently both started family plans, I have tried to join hers so as intended we only have one subscription. Do I have to cancel my family plan to join hers, and if that is the case will I loose my playlists?

Hey @dyrut,

 

You would have to cancel your subscription first and wait until your account reverts back to Free. Once it reverted back to Free, you should be able to join her Premium for Family plan.

 

And no, you will not loose any of your stuff (such as playlists, saved music etc.) 🙂
