My Question or Issue

There are 2 payments deducted from my bank account every month but I only have one account.  Do I pay for one subscription on my phone and one on my television?

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sure we can figure out what happened here.

 

It's possible that, as you mentioned, you have two separate accounts and are paying for Premium on both of them.

 

In this case, I'd recommend you try to log in with any email addresses you may own into your Spotify account page and see if there is an active Premium subscription.

 

You can then follow these steps to cancel your subscription. I'd also suggest reading this Support article for me info.
