@littlehuc,

Oh, I understand. Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't really support paying for Premium over iTunes (actually, you get charged $3.00 extra by Apple when you do that, and Spotify doesn't like that), so there isn't much direct support you'll be able to get for that. For your account, the only way to purchase Premium would be through this website. You could also make your own iTunes account and do it through that, but I'm assuming that isn't really an option.

Also, I don't know if you were aware, but Spotify has a special Family plan for Premium which you can find more information about here. Basically, for $14.99 a month, you and five other family members can have your own separate Premium subscriptions, instead of $9.99 per person!

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you 🙂

Hey @Cmroberts53, welcome to the Spotify Community!

According to Spotify's official App Store support page, Spotify has discontinued iTunes subscriptions, meaning there isn't much Spotify can do to help with this issue. What I can suggest is that you cancel your subscription through iTunes and then come online to your Subscription tab and purchase Premium there. It is $3 cheaper!

If the iTunes money was already taken from your account and you didn't receive Premium, you can try to contact Apple support and ask them about their refund policy.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with! Happy listening 🙂

Hey @littlehuc, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Let me see if I can help you troubleshoot this issue.

When you go to your Subscription tab here on the Spotify website, does it still only give you the option to renew an existing subscription?

Looking forward to your response 🙂

It's just i don't have a credit card or paypal so i have to use itunes cards which is not an option

I paid for my premium subscription through Apple ID and it took out 13$ but my Spotify account is still showing free. Can you help with this?
