Two problems

Starting from the beginning, my desktop Spotify has been completely bricked.

I had installed Spicetify a while earlier but when Spotify updated and I tried repairing Spicetify, Spotify still wouldn't open, so I uninstalled it. Even after doing this it still wouldn't open, so I reinstalled Spotify several times. I used Revo Uninstaller multiple times, and tried downloading from both the direct and Microsoft store.

The Microsoft store Spotify finally opened, and so I tried logging in, but neither my username nor email would be recognized. I have my Spotify linked to my discord, and literally copy-pasted my user from the share profile link. It still didn't recognize either my user or email so I created a new account with the same email, and it worked, but the new account is just bare.

Is my old account completely inaccessible now? It still exists and is linked to my discord (I have it open in another tab right now), but logging in with email or google brings me to the new one. 

I doubt there's a solution to the desktop app being bricked, but a solution would be appreciated.

It sounds like you may have more than one account. I'd recommend following these steps and let me know if that makes a difference. If you're still unable to login, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support here. They will take a look and do their best to help you.
