Two speakers family account can only play on one speaker

Two speakers family account can only play on one speaker

I have a Bose speaker connected to the account of the master family plan owner and google home speaker connected to another user link sent and set up on family plan. We have only been able to play music through one speaker every time you try to play the separate accounts it will turn the other speaker off.

 

i have uninstalled Spotify numerous times deactivated family plan and gone back to premium accounts revoked access to all speakers on all accounts and cleared devices yet it is still happening and the speakers are still on the master family plan owner.
