U.S Student Discount

I reached out to Spotify about this and was referred to the community forums. This was the message I had sent:

 
I entered my information on thebstudent discount form site (including payment info) and I'm eligible, but my school, DigiPen Institute of Technology, wasn't verified. Thus I did not receive spotify premium, but there is a pending charge on my debit card! I would like to verify my school, but I don't want to fill out another form, just encase I get charged twice. I tried submitting a document tuition statement from my school, but it was rejected. How can I avoid getting charged twice, but verify my school?

I'd like to ask you if you did reply to the automated email which you've got (the mail which redirects you to the community).

If not, please reply to that email (even when it says no-reply) so a Spotify employee can get back to you as soon as possible.

If you don't get any reply after 48 hours, please let me know your case ID so I can ask someone to look into it for you.

I entered my information into Spotify with my credit card but school was not verified and I still have a pending charge. I would like a refund of my money because I don't want to use student discount. how do I get this charge off of my account
