UK Gift Cards - Pin not recognized

Hi,

I was given a £30 Spotify Gift Card at Xmas. I already have Spotify Premium and am in my first 3 months for £9.99. However, I want to redeem my gift card against my account, to cover the next 3 months, however when I enter the Pin from the card it says it is not recognised? The Pin is 3 letters followed by 8 numbers?

The card was purchased from Tesco.

Hey there, that PIN sounds right, and your account is fine to use a gift card on, so the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our payments team and they can check the code out itself.
