UK Mobile number but currently in Spain

Ive been trying to set up my account for days and I simply can't. I have a UK number (giffgaff) but I just arrived to Spain and I cannot access my account. When I try to update location to the UK (I was in Brazil before) the only country that shows is Spain and therefore I cant find the mobile company. I have bo ideia how I can fix that.

Thanks for reaching out.

Since you're in Spain, you're only able to select Spain as your country setting. If you want to change it to the United Kingdom, you actually need to be in the UK.
