UNABLE TO CHANGE COUNTRY

HI SPOTIFY,

I cant seem to change my country from Australia to Singapore. I was a student in Australia, recently just moved back to Singapore. My sister invited me to join Spotify family but im unable to unless i change my country. 

Please help, thank you

Can you make sure you've already tried these exact steps? If you continue to have trouble, try following them using an incognito window to see if it helps.

Make sure to disable any VPN related software that might make Spotify think you're in another country.

IVE HAVE TRIED THOSE STEPS TOO MANY TIMES IN A DAY, DIFFERENT DAYS UNTIL TODAY IT DOESNT WORK. I tried to change via edit profile but the drop down button DOESNT WORK. I was then asked to update my card details. I DID BUT THEN IT TELLS ME TO UPDATE MY COUNTRY VIA EDIT PROFILE WHICH TAKES ME BACK TO SQUARE ONE. This is frustrating.
