UNABLE TO VERIFY ADRESS IN FAMILY PREMIUM

I incorrectly typed the wrong zip code when spotify asked me to verify my address in an email. Now I am unable to join family premium even when the main account tried to re-invite me on multiple attempts. Whenever I type in the correct address I always get this message "You can't join this Premium for Family account. We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder." What do I do?

my friend keep emailed to  custmer after service(support@spotify.com) ,and then one of them fix her account  , but i did the same thing , still no good news . they always say like following  robot email. you can send email to support@spotify.com.

We can confirm you were removed from the Premium for Family subscription because we were unable to verify your account based on the information you provided.

All members of a Premium for Family subscription must reside at the same physical address. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

You can restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Spotify Premium account. Otherwise, check out our available subscription options.

I live in the same address and still my account was disabled from the family plan, to me this is a trick. I cant stand you locked my account without even double check. This is unacceptable for a company like you.

Having the same problem with my daughter. Can you fix?

me too, i just need the e-mail again to verify the right adress. i saw the E-mail from spotify and i was thinking it´s just advertising, because of this i deleted the E-Mail.

My sister is passing the same problem too. I tried everything I thought would help, but still she can't use her account anymore, because she was using untill yesterday. I'm really upset about this situation.
