UNIQUE PROBLEM WITH FAMILY PREMIUM PLAN! Please help!!

UNIQUE PROBLEM WITH FAMILY PREMIUM PLAN! Please help!!

I just signed up for a family premium account.  We live overseas, but since I am paying with a U.S. credit card, it has us listed as a U.S. account.  That's fine, but it now my husband and children (who live here with me) are not allowed to accept the invitation to join this plan because it is showing them as living in another country...even though it is accepting me!

Is there any way to make this work?

Hey @shehuy93

Spotify requires that everyone on the family plan lives in the same country. Make sure everyone's account has the same country set on their Spotify account here:
https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Also, you will need to pay with a payment method from the country that is listed on all of the accounts.

You are most likely having this problem because you are using a US credit card for accounts that are set to a different country.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you sort out the account issues:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
